    Does Online yoga work?

    Absolutely! Our instructors carefully watch how you move, giving real-time tips and tweaks to help you feel your best—even through the screen. Personalized online yoga is about genuine connection and energy, and we make sure that spark is just as strong, no matter where you are. 

    Can I get any free sessions?

    We currently offer a free demo class so you can experience how our personalized sessions work and see if they’re the right fit for you. It’s a great way to meet your instructor, explore our approach, and feel the vibe before you commit. 

    How long is a session at Personal Yoga Teacher?

    Each session lasts about an hour, with roughly 50 minutes dedicated to your personalized yoga practice. The remaining time is for a relaxed meet-and-greet, where you can connect with your instructor, ask questions, and share feedback. 

    Do unused classes rollover to the next billing cycle?

    No, classes don’t roll over to the next month. All your sessions need to be used within one month of purchase, so you get the most out of your personalized yoga plan while staying consistent with your practice. 

    Can I cancel my membership?

    Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime—no worries at all. Payments are non-refundable, as this helps us value our teachers’ time and reserve their slots just for you. However, you’re always welcome to return and continue your yoga journey with us whenever you’re ready.

    How can I cancel my session?

    If you can’t make it to a scheduled class, please cancel or inform us at least 3 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be treated as a completed session, as our teachers reserve that time especially for you. 

    How can I reschedule my session?

    To reschedule your session, simply cancel your current booking and pick a new time that works best for you. It’s quick, easy, and keeps your practice flexible around your schedule. 

    Can I have my spouse or kids join me for my session?

    Yes, your spouse or kids are welcome to join your session! Just keep in mind that with more than one person, your instructor’s attention will be shared, so you might get a little less one-on-one focus than usual. 

    What do I need for my first session?

    For your first session, you’ll just need a few simple things: 

    1. A yoga mat
    2. A quiet, well-lit space with enough room to move
    3. A laptop or phone to connect with your instructor
